Disputes:
Refugio Marnes has an interest in efficient settlement of disputes. If a dispute can not be settled through normal procedures, it is our intent, if possible, to agree on an independent arbitration by a relevant authority. Both Refugio Marnes and the client may propose arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator is only binding when both parties agree, and all arbitration proceedings are governed by the laws of Spain.
