The deposit for Finca Iris is 500€ A rental week runs normally from friday/friday, sat/sat, sun/ sun. Additional costs for Finca Iris are:
- €220 cleaning cleaning cost
- €12,50 bed linen/bath towels/person
- €8,50 per bag of pellets in winter (central air heating) in sufficiently sunny weather, the house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) but when insufficient sunshine, there is also a central heating system that works with wood pellets

The deposit for Glamping tent La Jaima is 150€ A rental week runs normally from friday/friday, sat/sat, sun/ sun. Additional costs for La Jaima are:

Reservation terms;
You can make a reservation for an accommodation filling in our reservation form ore by e-mail
After you have booked:
- La Jaima: we ask you to pay within one week a deposit of 350€ /week and the remainder one month before arrival. For Finca Iris, Casa Grillo and Finca Jabali that is between 400,00€ and 700,00€ per booked week and also the remainder one month before arrival
- For Los Establos & La Finca B&B rooms we ask you to pay within one week a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount the remainder you can pay once you are here
After the confirmation of reservation is send we ask you to make the transfer. After payment of the deposit, you may consider the booking confirmation we sent you as definitive. Should you be forced to cancel in any way, we can refund the entire deposit up to 3 months before arrival in case of force majeure. For cancellations within 2 months before arrival we can refund 50% of the deposit, after that we cannot refund the amount. We advise our guests to take out a good travel or cancellation insurance. Please note, refund is only possible if it is force majeure and there are solid and verifiable reasons for the cancellation, reasons are for example; death, and accidents, serious illness, regulations by governments related to travel in the destination country, the country of departure or in between

Stating your name and the date of your stay.
On arrival we ask you to sign for receiving the keys and agreeing with the estate conditions. Remaining payments (like end-cleaning, meals, drinks or wood for the fireplace) can be made before leaving, either in cash or through your credit card.
